Out North East has partnered with Pride Action North, one of the leading LGBTQ+ charities covering the North East, to deliver stress-free diversity training for our proud 'Fearless Allies'

We understand that diversity, equality and inclusion are hot topics for any organisation but sometimes worry and fear of saying the right or wrong words can get in the way. That's how we can help. Our friendly and engaging workshops celebrate and represent the diverse LGBTQ+ community and invites those attending to ask questions in a safe, non-judgemental environment. We deliver relaxed training and share real human experiences to give our fearless allies an insight into the issues and difficulties affecting the lives of LGBTQ+ people, their families and friends.

Why should I become a Fearless Ally?

Put simply, it makes sense. Whether you're recruiting or looking to retain employees; want to attract an increasingly diverse customer base or win new contracts; being a fearless ally shows you care, you understand and you're willing to embrace change.

And why do we want you to be fear less?

We know that by building relationships and collaborating with partners and organisations, both in the public, private and third-sector, we'll help to develop employment, health and social initiatives that will enhance and enrich the workplace which will support the mental health and wellbeing of the LGBTQ+ community.

• Challenging homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in the work environment
