Anyone for tennis?

We’re excited to be partnering with Durham and Cleveland Tennis for our Serving Pride Tennis Taster Sessions, taking place across the three vibrant months of Pride celebrations in Sunderland, South Tyneside, and Gateshead.

As your local County Tennis organisation, they are passionate about creating inclusive spaces and are committed to engaging with the LGBTQ+ community.

These taster sessions are all about offering a safe, supportive, and fun environment where everyone is welcome—whether you’ve never picked up a racquet before or you’re returning to the game.

The goal is to build on the energy of these sessions by launching a regular weekly tennis meet-up in one of these areas, giving everyone the chance to continue their tennis journey in a space that celebrates diversity and community.

No experience is required and all the equipment will be supplied. All we need you to do is dress appropriately and bring water. 

The Taster sessions we will be held at:



15^th June 16:00-19:00 @ Silksworth Tennis Club, Sunderland

13^th July 16:00-19:00 @ Boldon LTC, South Tyneside

24^th August 16:00-19:00 @ Blaydon TC, Gateshead
